Welcome to A United Community which will be referred to as (AUC) within the community. Please read this information carefully. The Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AUC Services & Platforms. This is a binding agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE, PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR MISSION, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES,

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

We are a group of people that believe in human rights, and that every person is a free person. It is up to the people of any area to hold their leadership accountable. So, we have built a platform to connect the local community of each place to be united to focus on local and state leave action. Some of our goals are to be prepared for emergency and to help build self-reliance for members and their communities.

We believe that every person was the right to freedom. Every member is their own person and shall not reflect upon their community and will be held to their local community’s laws and regulations. AUC is not and will not be a law firm and do not offer legal representation or any legal advice (be it recommendations, opinions or anything else). All members are responsible for their accounts and actions and should be held accountable for any and all things done in their local community. AUC holds no responsibility for any members actions. Users are responsible for their actions, communications, and contributions on the platform. A United Community members and partners does not endorse any discriminatory, unlawful, or harmful content or actions.

We are a collective committed to upholding human rights and championing personal freedom. Our belief in individual autonomy extends to the communal responsibility of holding local leadership accountable. Through our platform, we unite communities to focus on actionable initiatives at both local and state levels. One of our key objectives is to facilitate preparedness for emergencies and foster self-reliance within our members and their communities.

While every individual has the right to freedom, each member is also accountable within their local community’s laws and regulations, reflecting the collective identity of the community. It’s crucial that every member aligns with and actively supports our mission statement to stand by their local community. Any member conflicting with our mission may be removed from the platform as necessary.

AUC functions as a platform, not a law firm, and does not offer legal representation, advice, or opinions. Each member is responsible for their account and actions, accountable for their involvement within their local community. AUC bears no responsibility for its members’ actions. Members and partners of A United Community refrain from endorsing any discriminatory, unlawful, or harmful content or actions.

Who Needs An Account

Anyone that would like to become a member of AUC will need to create an account. We offer different levels of accounts for our member’s needs. (1) Local Member Account (2) Service User Member Account (3) Business User Member Account (4) AUC Leader Member Account. All account members will be verified in some way depending on the level of membership. All members must start as (1) Local Members to be able to get the next level membership and so on. Each membership step will have more levels of verification for the community’s safety.

Members should not use our website or services to do things that may be illegal. By using our service, you agree not to transfer or use the service except as expressly authorized under these Terms Of Service, copy, disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile, modify or alter any part of the service. Users must respect differing opinions and engage in constructive discussions.

Automatic Renewal & Refund Policy

You can create an AUC account free of charge, but to start getting Services you will need to subscribe to AUC on a service period basis. After signing up for AUC you may choose a payment method. Paid AUC Services renew automatically at the end of each service period and your chosen payment method is charged again, unless you decide to cancel your automatic payments before the automatic renewal. By entering your payment details, you agree with the automatic renewal. AUC may change the price for the subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees, or other subscription terms from time to time and will communicate any price or other changes to you in advance. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price and terms by continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect.

Your satisfaction with our Services is our main goal. If you choose not to use our paid Services anymore. We would like to solve your issue before you decide to cancel the subscription, therefore you are always welcome to reach out to us. As a rule, you have no right to claim a refund. Nevertheless, in the exceptional cases, we will consider refund, at our sole discretion, if you can demonstrate that the Services which you purchased were not available or usable and that you made reasonable attempts to contact us regarding this issue. You have a right to cancel your account at any time, however, canceled accounts will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing service period. No refunds will be considered for accounts terminated for violation of these Terms.

Limitations of Liability

AUC AND PARTNERS OR ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ALLEGEDLY SUSTAINED ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF ANY SERVICES, THE SALE OR PURCHASE OF ANY GOODS, SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE, YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICE, YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICE, INFORMATION OR MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF CLAIM OR THE NATURE OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You hereby agree to release service provider, its affiliates and third-party service providers, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed (“claims”), arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our Service.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Service & Privacy Policy shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the USA, without reference to their rules regarding conflicts of law. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA in all disputes arising out of or related to the use of the website or our Services. You may not use any part of the Service in any manner that competes with AUC and partners or affiliates. You acknowledge and agree AUC is a private site owned and operated by AUC. If you are accessing or using AUC on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant to AUC that you have authority to accept the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy on behalf of that business and that that business agrees to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use AUC or download the App. You are also agreeing with our privacy policy, prohibited list, and all other policies, site rules, and agreements referenced within or on AUC, are fully incorporated into this Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, and you agree to them as well. AUC or partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Users engage with the platform at their own risk and discretion.

Intellectual Property & Privacy and Data Security

Users retain ownership of their content but grants AUC a license to use, reproduce, and distribute user-generated content on the platform. Respect for copyright and intellectual property rights is expected from all users. AUC is committed to safeguarding user data and privacy. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. AUC provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

Termination of Services

AUC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms of Service & Privacy Policy or for disruptive behavior. These Terms of Service & Privacy Policy are governed by the laws under the Constitution of the United States of America. Changes To The Terms of Service

We may change these Terms of Service from time to time. We will indicate on our Site any time these Terms of Service have been amended or updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Service unacceptable, you must immediately leave our website and cease all use of our Service. Should you have any questions regarding our Service or these Terms of Service, please contact us. You are responsible for periodically checking for changes and are bound by them if you continue to use AUC.
