Members of AUC will need to create an account. We offer different levels of accounts for our member’s needs. (1) Local Member Account (2) Service User Member Account (3) Business User Member Account (4) AUC Leader Member Account. All account members will be verified in some way depending on the level of membership. All members must start as (1) Local Members to be able to get the next level membership and so on. Each membership step will have more levels of verification for the community’s safety.

Members data may include but not limited to First & Last name, Email address, Phone number, Mailing or Street address, Credit card data or other payment data, Geographic location (latitude and longitude), Photos and other data you voluntarily provide, post on or send via AUC, Saved searches, account preferences, favorite/hidden postings, HTTP browser cookie, Information about your device and browser such as device ID, browser version, operating system, plugins, IP address, Web page views, access times, HTTP headers and more. We may share some or all of the above listed data. Here are some examples: To respond to subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, or other legal process. To protect the rights, property, or safety of AUC users, AUC, or the general public. In connection with a merger, bankruptcy, or sale/transfer of assets. As needed.

Data May We Store

We hold onto data necessary for optimizing your AUC account experience, safeguarding against fraud and abuse, and meeting legal obligations. While we endeavor to securely store data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If needed, you can request details about the data we retain or ask for its deletion.

Right to Access: You can ask us to disclose the data we collect, use, and share about you, along with additional information related to your data.

Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of data collected from you, with certain exceptions.

Right to Non-Discrimination: You won’t face discrimination for exercising your data rights.

Every member is their own person and shall not reflect upon their community and will be held to their local community’s laws and regulations. AUC is not and will not be a law firm and do not offer legal representation or any legal advice (be it recommendations, opinions or anything else). All members are responsible for their accounts and actions and should be held accountable for any and all things done in their local community. AUC holds no responsibility for any members actions.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Service & Privacy Policy shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the USA, without reference to their rules regarding conflicts of law. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA in all disputes arising out of or related to the use of the website or our Services. You may not use any part of the Service in any manner that competes with AUC and partners or affiliates. You acknowledge and agree AUC is a private site owned and operated by AUC. If you are accessing or using AUC on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant to AUC that you have authority to accept the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy on behalf of that business and that that business agrees to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use AUC or download the App. You are also agreeing with our privacy policy, prohibited list, and all other policies, site rules, and agreements referenced within or on AUC, are fully incorporated into this Privacy Policy & Terms of Service, and you agree to them as well. AUC or partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Users engage with the platform at their own risk and discretion.
